Tracking control credits.
Top up the Tracking control credits in your Tracking account. Tracker control credits apply when you send a command to your tracking system from the web site. Once you send a command to your tracking device, the tracker will follow the command until you send a new command.
EG: If you send a command telling your tracking device to report every 5 minutes, your tracker will follow that command and not change, until commanded otherwise. Only one tracking control credit is required to set your tracker to update.
Geographical alerts.
Every time you set a geographical area or geo-fence and receive a trigger alert, that will cost you one credit. Be sure to delete any unwanted geo-fences you set, to limit your credit usage. Please feel free to ask us a question about tracking package options or see below, all inclusive packages.
Once you purchase your tracking credits here they will arrive into your account automatically.
If the credits do not appear right away please be patient as there can sometimes be time zone issues with international server platforms.

We provide a sim card with all tracking devices, you can also use your own local sim card if you prefer, there is no charge for configuring new sim cards with your device. We will configure your sim card remotely, if you would like to swap over at any time. Please let us know before you swap a sim card.
