If your map screen does not open, or you can not access your GPS account. You may need to update your subscription. Please ensure you have an active subscription. You can also create a GPS subscription, see below.
Tracking on all mobile devices.
Navigate to this page link on your mobile phone browser. Log into your trackers account. Goto the bottom of the mapping screen, in the bottom right corner you will see a green mobile app icon. Tap the icon and enter your tracking number, click go and the mobile app will open on your smartphone.
We recommend using our tracking system on a desktop PC or laptop computer. Touch screen devices like tablets and other mobile devices can be a little tricky to manage, as our systems also use touch screen control. - We offer two different types of tracking service, Pay as you go, and contract. Pay as you go, top up your device as required. (No monthly data fees).
- Contract where you supply your own sim card or use our special sim M2M sim card at 10p per Mb in the UK and 10p per Mb roaming in most parts of the world.

Regardless of what tracking package you have with us, the system costs you the same price. All our service tracking items are inclusive for a monthly fee of £10. The payment is by subscription each month, usually with PayPal. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
