Depending on what delivery service you select, at checkout, affects the delivery time, we usually ship for the next working day on orders in the UK received before 3.30 pm on any working day. Orders to the EU and international, usually take 2 to 5 days depending on the service.
We only accept returns if arranged beforehand with us. If you have an issue with a product then you can contact us to try and resolve the problem, if we can not resolve the issue then you may ask us for a return number RMA. We will then issue you with authorisation to return the product.
Once you have placed your order it is not possible to change any delivery details.
The only option available is requesting we ship the order to your registered card address. This can only be done if you state the error in delivery address right away or before your order is shipped.
All orders shipped have a tracking number, you will be able to track your order with the relevant delivery service you selected at check out. If you do not have a tracking number then you can drop us a message on the contact page or by email and request the tracking number of your order.(Please provide your order number when contacting us)
The best way to troubleshoot issues is to email us, the phone number we provide is for sales and you may not get to speak to a technical person if you call the number for technical issues.
If your details are incorrect for shipping and the package has been sent you can quiz the delivery agent with the tracking information. Make sure you enter a valid shipping address if different from your card address.
Spycraft ships orders worldwide, delivery options are Royal Mail UK, DHL international and UPS international. In some instances there may be a further delivery charge but in most cases the delivery charges are the same as listed from the point of checkout.
