Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales. spycraft® Reserve all rights to discontinue any service provided to a customer & refuse to supply any customer found to be engaging in any unlawful activities with the services and products provided by spycraft. No refunds will be issued, and no goods will be accepted back for any credit or refund should there be interventions by any legal or lawful organisations.

Hiring & renting products.

When hiring products you, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of hire or renting such products and packages.

All hire and rented products and packages require a subscription authorised by you, the customer. In most cases, this will be through PayPal; it is the responsibility of the individual to cancel any subscriptions in line with the usage of the hire product or rental package.

If you return a product or hire / rental package product, you also need to cancel your Paypal subscription. Spycraft is not libel to refund any payments/subscriptions made from your PayPal account for products or packages hired or rented by the customer; It is your responsibility as the customer to cancel any recurring PayPal payment or subscriptions if you do not need or require subscriptions or product and services hired to you. Your subscriptions or regular payments are an agreement between you the customer and Spycraft, to allow usage of the systems provided by Spycraft and do not bind you into any contract with us, and you can cancel at any time. Cancellation of Paypal and or subscriptions and recurring payment may result in the services provided to you by Spycraft from continuing further.

  • We do not store customer credit card details.
  • All despatch times are estimates, and we cannot be held responsible (loss or otherwise) for delays due to shippers, customs or other outside agencies.
  • Delivery will be within 24 - 48 hours in the UK depending on delivery choice at the sale.
  • International delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days depending on location and the service selected at the point of sale.
  • Cancellation is within 24 hours of the agreement between you the customer and spycraft.

If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us, fax us or e-mail clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the following address. We advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for more oversised items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your returns number (RMA). Goods must be returned in the same conditions as they were received and all packaging included. Software, audio or video recordings that have been opened cannot be returned; once they are opened, they are considered to be sold.

Terms and Conditions of Business (T&C’s)

All sales are subject to the following trading terms they do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

Product specification and compatibility: Equipment and services are supplied as advertised on our web pages; however, we cannot guarantee compatibility or suitability for your purpose or connectivity; it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check this before ordering. 

E&OE Order acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without reason. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is taken in writing or by phone or email by the seller.

Pricing: All prices quoted are in £ sterling and are subject to a variance of the exchange rate and any local, government or import tax or duty.

Payment Terms: Cash, cheque (subject to clearance), credit/debit card (inc. AMEX), bank draft/building society cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. The express release is available at an extra charge. Western Union payments accepted subject to prior agreement. Please email details in advance.

Account customers: We do not provide credit accounts - cash accounts are available, and the amount is strictly 24 hours subject to acceptance.

Title of goods: Title of the goods remains with Spycraft until full payment has been received.

Warranty: All goods are provided with a 12-month warranty; under the terms of the warranty, the seller will either: Repair; replace or refund. The seller’s decision is final. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Shortages: damages or returns: Any shortages or damage to your Delivery must be advised to the company within 48 hours of Delivery; notice MUST be in writing to our address or email. Before return, a Returns Materials Authorisation Form (RMA) must be completed and acknowledged by us. Subject to an acknowledged RMA we will collect, replace, repair or refund the equipment free of charge.

Your statutory rights in the UK under the Distance Selling Regulations: Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days, starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. This policy does not refer to any perishable goods.

Restocking fee: Any product that has been tampered with; warranty seal broken or otherwise miss-used will be subject of a repair/restock fee or refused a replacement or full refund. All equipment is security marked and serial numbers recorded to insure against fraudulent return.

Statutory rights These terms and conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
